Return & Refund Policy
At BestParty, we want you to be happy with your party supplies and decorations. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at customercare@bestparty.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and let you know where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at customercare@bestparty.co.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are event-based, seasonal, or personalized, some items cannot be returned.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized or custom-made products
Digital products or downloadable files
Opened, used, or assembled party supplies
Opened or inflated balloons
Used cake toppers, cupcake toppers, banners, signs, or table decorations
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items
Gift cards
If you have questions about whether an item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect due to our error.
If a return shipping label is provided, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is accepted and inspected, we’ll process your refund according to this policy.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at customercare@bestparty.co.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@bestparty.co. We can only cancel orders before they are processed or shipped.
Personalized and custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
