Delivery Information for Customers in the United States
BestParty ships orders from Alpharetta, Georgia, USA.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Personalized or custom-made items may require additional processing time. Please check the product description for any item-specific production details.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard ground shipping on eligible orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Shipping costs for orders under $50, expedited shipping, or shipments outside the continental United States will be calculated at checkout when available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard ground shipping usually takes 2-7 business days after the order has shipped, depending on the destination and carrier.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on the item, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@bestparty.co. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at customercare@bestparty.co with your order number and tracking information. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Please also check with the shipping carrier, as some delivery delays or delivery confirmations are handled directly by the carrier.
