Before your party
All balloons ship uninflated. Helium, a balloon pump, ribbon, balloon weights and the display table are not included. Follow each balloon package’s inflation instructions. This set includes dinner plates only; dessert plates and cups are not included. A birthday badge or sticker is not included.
Balloon safety: Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and discard broken balloons immediately. Keep foil balloons away from power lines and do not release them outdoors.
